JUSTIN HAVRE

Campaign

Reigniting brand recognition with strategic messaging and bold visuals across digital and traditional channels.

Client: Justin Havre Real Estate Team
My Role: Art Direction and Design

The largest outdoor banner in Alberta — shown at Calgary’s YYC Airport parkade — readable from a mile away.

The ‘We Know Real Estate’ slogan — short enough to go big, bold, and be read in seconds.

Solid blue backdrop for maximum contrast against the cityscape — the unspoken outer frame.

Justin’s gaze points to the slogan, shifting focus from self-promotion to team authority.

Sharp, honest lighting define natural features and convey confidence built on decades of experience.

LED Super-board at Calgary’s Airport Trail.

Framing inspired by vision-led political portraiture (Obama 2008) — calm authority, future-focused.

Red reserved for the CTA button—making it the visual magnet in every layout and reinforcing the brand name with repeated exposure.

Airport LED animations designed for high frequency and quick message retention.

Motion style is firm yet friendly and engaging, mirroring the brand’s identity.

A strong digital presence at every touchpoint — HTML5 banners and social templates acting as digital artillery to amplify traditional channels and reinforce the message.

Brief:

Develop a brand slogan and visual strategy for Justin Havre Real Estate Team’s recognition campaign.

The goal is to position the team as Calgary’s undisputed real estate leader through a city-wide rollout, YYC airport terminal LED screens, digital ads, and social media templates.

My Role

Creative Direction & Design Execution

Outcome:

Over 15% sales growth in the first three months and a ~70% increase in agent count within a year.

Process:

I audited the Justin Havre Real Estate Team’s brand presence—across print, digital, and outdoor—to identify gaps in consistency and impact. Competitor research and market trend analysis revealed what visuals stood out and what faded into the background, while my conversations with leadership clarified strengths, audience expectations, and growth goals.

From there, I developed the visual strategy and led the creation of the “We Know Real Estate” slogan to align with a high-frequency, city-wide campaign plan. The short, boldly sized slogan, Justin’s leadership-driven portrait, a stand-out CTA, and cityscape-contrasting colors were all designed for maximum distance visibility and to perform within brief billboard and pylon display intervals.

Ask me about the alternate idea I had for that campaign!
